CIS handled — so you can run the site.

If you engage subcontractors, the Construction Industry Scheme is your legal responsibility every single month. We run it for you end to end — verifying subbies, calculating deductions, filing monthly returns and issuing statements — so you stay compliant and penalty-free.

Sound familiar?

CIS penalties stack up fast — and quietly.

Miss a monthly CIS return and it's an automatic £100 penalty, rising every month. Verify a subbie wrong and you deduct the wrong amount. As a contractor, the scheme is on you — so let us run it.

Let's fix it

The monthly CIS return is one more deadline you can't afford to miss on top of running jobs.

Verifying new subcontractors and applying 20%, 30% or gross correctly is fiddly and easy to get wrong.

Subbies chase you for their deduction statements and it's another job on the pile.

You want gross payment status — or to keep it — and need your compliance spotless to qualify.

What you get

Your whole CIS obligation, run for you.

Built on real CIS expertise — our team includes a specialist who co-founded a dedicated CIS compliance company.

Subcontractor verification

Every subbie verified with HMRC and set to the correct deduction rate — 20%, 30% or gross — before you pay them.

Good to know

CIS Accounting for Contractors, answered.

What are the penalties for a late CIS return?

A CIS return filed even one day late triggers an automatic £100 penalty, with further penalties at two months, six months and twelve months — they stack up alarmingly fast. Running your CIS for you means they simply don't happen.

How do I verify a subcontractor?

Before you first pay a subcontractor you must verify them with HMRC, who confirm whether to deduct at 20%, 30%, or pay gross. We verify every subbie for you and keep the records, so you always deduct the correct amount.

What's gross payment status and how do I get it?

Gross status lets you be paid in full with no CIS deducted, which is far better for cash flow. To get and keep it you must pass HMRC's turnover, business and compliance tests — filing and paying everything on time. We manage your compliance so you qualify and stay qualified.

I'm a subcontractor owed a refund — is this the right page?

This page is for contractors who pay subbies. If you're a subcontractor who's had CIS deducted and wants it back, head to our CIS refunds service — most subbies are owed £1,500–£3,000, and you can check yours free in 60 seconds.
